Flavour update for Autumn/Winter 2017


As the warm sunny days of 2017 become memories, our attention turns to Mother Nature once again to provide inspiration for our Autumn and Winter seasonal flavour offerings.

Harry and Tommy are delighted to be making the following seasonal products over the autumn/winter months for you all to enjoy.

Cam Valley Apple Sorbet. Dairy Free. (All year) made with heritage Egremont Russet new season apple juice, grown and pressed in Royston.

Blackberry (August – November) made with Cammas Hall blackberries, bursting with colour and flavour.

Luxury Coffee & Walnut (November – April) made with locally roasted coffee and scattered with chopped walnuts.

Winter Cinnamon (November – April) made with warming cinnamon. Delicious on its own or perfect with a pudding!

Christmas inspired ice cream (November – January) – Mince Pie, Chocolate Orange, Special Reserve Brandy, Egg Nog. Sparkling Prosecco Sorbet.
