It’s time to start thinking about Christmas and New Year 2016 and planning your menus for the forthcoming festive season. Due to popular demand last year we are again offering our Christmas menu with an exciting edition this year.
(XMAS) Chocolate & Orange – Organic cold pressed Spanish orange oil is added to the high cocoa Belgium chocolate used in our Traditional Chocolate ice cream. Extremely popular.
(XMAS) Mince Pie – THE taste of the Festive period. To a brandy flavoured dairy ice cream we add Christmas spices and add handfuls of mixed fruit. Popular with those who want a lighter pudding which is full of festive flavour.
(XMAS) Special Reserve Brandy – Our dairy ice cream, but on the boozy side! The brandy we use works extremely well with our dairy ice cream and creates an exciting alternative to the standard cream or custard served with desserts.
(XMAS) *NEW* Egg Nog – A nutmeg infused dairy ice cream laced with oak aged Brandy! This was produced as a bespoke flavour for a customer last year and it was so good we had to offer it to you too!
(ALL YEAR) Cotswold Cream – A perfect alternative accompaniment to desserts. This is a frozen Chantilly cream and extremely smooth and clean to taste. Highly popular with customers last year offering this with Christmas cake.
